Welcome to St Vincent de Paul (Jersey)
St Vincent de Paul (Jersey), known as SVP, is the local face of the worldwide charity whose aim is to help those most in need in our society.
Founded in Paris in 1833, the organisation spread quickly to Jersey and spurred by the French Catholic community in Jersey, became part of the caring face within the Island to ease poverty and suffering and promote human dignity.

SVP WALK-IN FOODBANK
The Foodbank is the core of our services and provides essential food and hygiene supplies.

CLICK & COLLECT FOODBANK
Our click and collect service allows existing clients to conveniently order their foodbank items online for pickup.

PARENT & BABY SERVICE
Our Parent & Baby service helps families afford the essential food, nappies and wipes needed to care for their infants.

ELECTRICITY SUPPORT
At certain times of year we provide additional support to help people afford their electricity.
Our Services
We are here to help the community as best we can and we provide certain key service to support local people through short time crisis.

This is our traditional service and clients can recieve essential food items once a week at our office at the back of St Thomas’ Church Hall

We offer limited support to help people to afford their electricity bills during the winter for those on PAYG Electricity Meters

This service helps parents with small children to afford essential food and hygiene products for babies.

In association with out sister charity “Caritas” we offer practical help and advice on how to cope with food and utility costs, avoid poverty and promote Social Inclusion
